During Live Assistant first installation, Facebook gives you an option to choose how visible the comments can be seen (You, Friends and Public). You want to choose Public. If you installed and didn't choose Public, here is how to fix that:
1) Go to Facebook
2) Click on the Down Arrow, in the top right corner of FB, then choose Settings
3) On the new screen, choose the Apps menu
4) Highlight the Loyal Shops Live Assistant and hit the Pen Icon to edit the settings.
5) In the App visibility and post audience, choose Public and then hit Save.
